Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded between Shali Design (“Seller”) and the customer (“Buyer”) who places an order electronically through https://en.shalidesign.com/.

By placing an order on the Website, the Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions set out below.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products or services ordered electronically through the Website.

3. Product Information

Product type, description, essential characteristics, price, payment method, and delivery details are specified on the relevant product page and during checkout.

By confirming the order, the Buyer acknowledges having reviewed and accepted this information.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices displayed on the Website are valid at the time of order.

  • Payment must be completed using one of the available payment methods.

  • Orders will not be processed until payment confirmation is received.

The Seller reserves the right to correct typographical or technical pricing errors.

5. Delivery

6. Right of Withdrawal

  • The product must be unused and in resalable condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • A written withdrawal request must be submitted within the specified period.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons

  • Opened items that cannot be resold

  • Digital content delivered electronically

  • Services that have commenced with the Buyer’s approval

8. Returns and Refunds

9. Liability

The Seller is responsible for delivering products in accordance with the order.

However, the Seller shall not be liable for indirect damages, delays caused by third parties, or force majeure circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

10. Dispute Resolution

If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be governed by applicable laws and resolved before the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

11. Entry into Force
