Delivery and Returns
Production Time
Due to design approval, fabric selection, measurement sessions, and detailed handcrafting, standard custom tailoring orders are completed within 2-3 weeks. Complex designs, heavy embellishments, or additional customizations may extend this timeframe.
Delivery Time
Domestic orders within Turkey are shipped within 5-7 business days via insured shipping companies such as DHL and UPS. Each shipment can be tracked using its tracking number and is delivered upon signature.
International Shipping and Customs
We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. International delivery times can vary between 10-25 business days depending on the destination country and shipping company. We use DHL Express, FedEx, and Aramex to provide the fastest and most secure delivery; all international shipments are insured and require a signature upon delivery.
Customs Duties and Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes in the destination country. These fees must be paid by the recipient upon delivery and are beyond our control.
Return and Exchange Policy
Since our designs are handmade according to custom measurements, all orders are final and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Production begins once the design is approved, and no cancellations or changes are possible.
Changes After Design Approval:
After production has started, any changes you request (additional embellishments, fabric changes, design modifications, etc.) can be made for an additional fee. The scope of the changes and the additional cost will be reviewed and determined by our design team and will be implemented after your written approval is received.
Customs Duties and Fees
- Damage or incorrect delivery: If the product is damaged or completely incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with detailed photos. If the damage is due to a manufacturing defect or occurred during delivery and is documented, we will repair, replace, or refund the item.
- Quality control: In rare cases, if a product is found to be defective during our quality control process, we will provide a replacement or refund. The decision will be made after a detailed review by our design team.
Return and Exchange Policy
- The product must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition.
- The original packaging and labels must be intact.
- Return requests made more than 48 hours after delivery will not be accepted.
Changes After Design Approval:
- If the order is canceled within 24 hours after payment confirmation, a full refund will be issued.
- Cancellations made within 24-72 hours will receive a 40% partial refund.
- Cancellations made after 72 hours will not be refunded.
